I have ordered one Product from Jannatvilla, Surat by making online payment on September 23, 2021. But Since then, I have not received any Shipment details or further Order Status details. I have received only one mail confirming the order. I have also mailed them on their official mail id complaining about the same but have not received any responses. Also I have tried to call the vendor on the Telephone number given on the site but the number is not correct/Phone is Switch off.
I request you to resolve the issue by either in getting me the refund or the delivery of product ASAP.
