I am filing this complaint against R for Rabbit Company for failing to process my refund of more than ?7,000, despite repeated follow-ups, calls, and prior warnings.
The product was picked up over a month ago, yet my refund has not been issued. The company’s customer support team has been giving contradictory statements:
Two days ago, a representative informed me that the product had been received at the warehouse and was under scanning, confirmed with the warehouse team.
However, today another representative claimed that the product has not been received at the warehouse.
This inconsistency is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of transparency and accountability.
Moreover, when I contacted Mr. Vxxxxxxv from their customer support team, he disconnected my call abruptly without offering any resolution, which reflects unprofessional conduct.
Despite giving the company multiple chances and warnings to resolve this issue amicably, they have failed to refund my amount. This constitutes deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
I request the Consumer Forum to kindly take action against the company and direct them to:
Process my pending refund of more than ?7,000 immediately.
Compensate me for the mental harassment and inconvenience caused due to their negligence and contradictory communication.
