I’m an airtel black customer and my Airtel DTH ID 300xxxx9, isn’t working from Jan 25, 2026 and I reported this issue by calling customer support on the same date and I was confirmed that the issue will be resolved on the same day on or before 1 PM but it wasn’t resolved. I’ve contacted support again on the same day and I was assured that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours and it wasn’t resolved.
I have received text messages from airtel about their technical team reaching out to me over phone but no response from me, which is incorrect. No one called me until Jan 27, 2026. I’ve received missed call (one ring) and the call was disconnected by the caller, and when I ring back, I couldn’t reach them. I’ve informed this by sending an email to 121@airtel.in and appellate.kk@airtel.com, with proof of text messages, which were mis-leading and incorrect. My complaint was closed, stating I haven’t responded to their call on Jan 29, 2026. I strongly objected this, as they can’t close the case without a confirmation from my end.
Later, I spoke to customer support floor supervisors multiple times, who gave false promises about issue resolution. No one followed up and the issue still remain unresolved. My airtel wi-fi was disconnected on Feb 03, 2026 , since I haven’t paid the monthly charge. I informed customer support over phone and email, that I want a full waiver of the monthly charge, for not resolving the issue within the stipulated time. I’ve contacted multiple times since Jan 25, 2026, but to no avail. My issue was unresolved and I was getting messages from airtel to pay the charges for uninterrupted services.
I’m requesting you please help resolve this issue, with full waiver of my monthly charges of INR1483.43.
