I order a Study Material on 10th of August in Amazon App and the delivery date displayed as on 20th of August. The parcel reached on 15, the national holiday, and the delivery man insisted to recieved the parcel on same day when i was away from the delivery address. Despite my repeated request to deliver the parcel next day they cancelled my order on 15th itself where my assured delivery date was 20th of August.
I was told to reorder the study material again and did so. The expcted delivery date was 24th of aug and cargo reached on 20th, as i recieveda message to track the delivery boy with a pin. He once picked my call and assured me to deliver the parcel within 10 minutes. Then after he never reached the delivery address on 20th and did not pick my phone whole the day. I called up customer care and they too assured the delivery by evening. But nothing has improved and all the day i have to wait for the parcel pathetically leaving my all works at my bussiness place. Late in the night i again called the costumer care who expressed their helplessness. It is shocked me, whats the role of customer care if they cannot resolve the problem. Even the parcel couldnot be delivered on 21st of august too. Who is accountable for this carelessness?
