Complaint regarding delay in delivery by Flipkart

I have ordered a bean bag from flipkart on August 8th the first delay in delivery by August 13th then again they rescheduled the date by August 20th but today is 21st August I paid an amount of 2400rs on mu purchase itself made call to the concern team for past 3 days they volunteerily neglecting the call and put my call on hold for 25min without any proper response such a worst online shopping portal ever i used people don’t buy any product from them. We are consumers it’s their responsibility to answer our query If they fail to do this then what’s the use of doing their business i raised this issue in all social platforms and now doing here also. They simply said me we don’t have a idea where your product is if not atleast they should. Cancel it they are not cancelling it also if I try to do there is no option highlited there its my single earned money whatever the value is but if they continue like this without delivering my product I will raise this issue to the maximum
