Cinepolis India — Payment successful but booking not showing in app please refund Value: 1388.4
I booked for a movie on two different occasions on the same day and on both the cases the amount of 694.2/- was debited two times but the ticket was not reflected on the Cinepolis app neither a confirmation of the same was sent by the team.
Payment successful images from the said apps and mail confirmation from Cinepolis vendor ccavenue for the same available.
Please kindly look into this issue and help me get my refund for the same.
