Complaint regarding Delhivery courier service team

From instagram store I have bought some items which could be delivered by tomorrow but continuously receiving msg of delivery fail
We have called the authority there no one is responding from customer care side we have talked to the authority person also he is saying that we have new staff so they are not delivering your stuff and if we have will inform you and you have to take you stuff is this the way then why we are paying delivery fees

Wrongful demand from Zoomcar – Rs.6,000/- : Mr. Avisek Chakraborty, Kolkata 700050, West Bengal availed car rental service from zoomcar in Bangalore on 16-12-2018.
