Complaint regarding delivery of wrong sneakers

Wrong product delivered. Value: 500. I ordered for cream coloured bata sneakers. After few days I recieved the product and it was different. So I made an exchange request and then after that also I received a wrong product. After that I made a return request for the wrong product then the delivery boy denied to pickup the product as it was wrong. The shoes is unused and with proper tags intact.
