Complaint regarding harassment by Verma driving school

I have started to learn driving as on 6.10.2023 course for 1 month Rs 5500  from Verma driving school situated in ludhiana But Mrs kxxxl Vxxxxxa fail to come daily for teaching every day she give new excuse now it’s 25 dec 2023 But still 1 month course is not completed I m trying to contact her many times she give false promises to come on next day but she never came. I request her to return my fees for 7 days left so that I can learn from new driving school she denied to return money nor she is ready to come  please take suitable action against Verma driving school so that they can’t. Harass people after taking fees in advance.
