Complaint regarding incomplete product received from Ajio

I have ordered an avaasa kurta set but I only received kurta but not pant
I have filed complaints in ajio but they are simply closing the complaints without resolving the issue
And then ajio opened an exchange option and I have requested exchnage, they called me today saying that they need both kurta and pant to exchange. If I didn’t receive the pant how can I return it?
I commented the same reason while requesting for exchange
Issue : I have received only kurta but not salwar pant as mentioned in order.
Missing item : bottom wear salwar pant
I have the package opening video if required.
Please exchange the product or return it and refund my money. I don’t have patience with all this non sense , I have paid for both kurta and pant but only received kurta it’s really not a good service for the customers – I have the package opening video as evidence if they need – please contact source team of the product for this fraud and refund my money.
