Complaint regarding item missing from Ajio

I have placed my order with  Ajio on 10th Oct 2020 and received it on the 16th of the same month. I have ordered nod Straight Kurti with jacket and Pants . From the order all I have received is the pant only. I called up Ajio and raised a complaint and requested them to get it resolved asap because that was my only dress for Durga Pooja, however i didn’t get any resolution and the due date was given as 21st Oct. So by 21st Oct I was supposed to receive a call from the complaint team but that didn’t happened. I received an email stating that they would need two more days to get back to me. However I haven’t heard anything till 30th Oct and decided to callback. In the meanwhile I also tried to take help from Twitter but @ajiolife didn’t callback either. So on 30th I finally could talk to a supervisor who said that they don’t have any update apart from one that the complaint team checked the CCTV in the warehouse and the product was packed correctly. Earlier also i have tried and explain it to ajio customer care that the parcel packet is so small that it can’t fit a kurti, pant and jacket and i have sent them the picture of the parcel too. The supervisor then raised another complaint with the warehouse and i have mentioned that if i don’t get a resolution within 1 day then i will take legal action. After that i have heard nothing and received an email on 1st of Nov stating that they are still working on it.

Today, on 5th Nov i tried calling Ajio again and recorded my conversation with them. I wanted to speak to a supervisor but the lady didn’t transferred the call but promised me a callback from her manager named Nxxxxxxxa within 10 minutes and i didn’t get the callback like always. Also sxxxxi has taken a return request of my order against my will. I did inform her clearly that first I will talk to some supervisor and then take the decision but she took the request of return without even informing me. I called back again and spoke to Kriti, i wanted to speak to the supervisors again but she kept on holds and mutes and then disconnect my call. I have received the worst service and customer service experience from AJIO. I have wasted hours of my daily time with them and they have failed to resolve my issue within the deadline after number of calls and such pathetic customer service.
