Complaint regarding item missing from Ajio

I have placed my order with  Ajio on 10th Oct 2020 and received it on the 16th of the same month. I have ordered nod Straight Kurti with jacket and Pants . From the order all I have received is the pant only. I called up Ajio and raised a complaint and requested them to get it resolved asap because that was my only dress for Durga Pooja, however i didn’t get any resolution and the due date was given as 21st Oct. So by 21st Oct I was supposed to receive a call from the complaint team but that didn’t happened. I received an email stating that they would need two more days to get back to me. However I haven’t heard anything till 30th Oct and decided to callback. In the meanwhile I also tried to take help from Twitter but @ajiolife didn’t callback either. So on 30th I finally could talk to a supervisor who said that they don’t have any update apart from one that the complaint team checked the CCTV in the warehouse and the product was packed correctly. Earlier also i have tried and explain it to ajio customer care that the parcel packet is so small that it can’t fit a kurti, pant and jacket and i have sent them the picture of the parcel too. The supervisor then raised another complaint with the warehouse and i have mentioned that if i don’t get a resolution within 1 day then i will take legal action. After that i have heard nothing and received an email on 1st of Nov stating that they are still working on it.

Today, on 5th Nov i tried calling Ajio again and recorded my conversation with them. I wanted to speak to a supervisor but the lady didn’t transferred the call but promised me a callback from her manager named Nxxxxxxxa within 10 minutes and i didn’t get the callback like always. Also sxxxxi has taken a return request of my order against my will. I did inform her clearly that first I will talk to some supervisor and then take the decision but she took the request of return without even informing me. I called back again and spoke to Kriti, i wanted to speak to the supervisors again but she kept on holds and mutes and then disconnect my call. I have received the worst service and customer service experience from AJIO. I have wasted hours of my daily time with them and they have failed to resolve my issue within the deadline after number of calls and such pathetic customer service.

    Hi i had ordered kurta set and they have delivered oly kuttaa but not pant and dupattaa

    Same thing happened to me.. I ordered two products received only one.. The packet is so small it can’t fit two products.. I kept calling them from 1month.. I had no solution till now…am never going to buy from Ajio in future.

    Yesterday, I got the parcel where it supposed to be the two pallazo,one was of navy blue colour and the second one of black checked pallazo but I just got the navy blue one and the black checked one was missing, I tried to call many times to customer care but it didn’t connected,even I mail them but they said that it was delivered but I just got one even the parcel packet was so small that it can’t carry two pallazo, I just want the pallazo or I want the refund

    I have ordered for 4 track pants but i only got 3 pants
    I mailed the missing issue but there was no response
    Felt very bad about ajio

    I’ve ordered 1 jacket and 1 camsiole they both were packed in same bag wen I was tracking my order in phone but in reality I paid the both amount thinking in one bag both products will be there but it was only jacket inside but camisole was missing and there billing slips both attached and 1 bag means in the warehouse there is missing of product I ve called them no response ,Emails no response Wat to do not getting

    worst service
    i got 3 times packet with missing products
    but not even 1 case is solved by them
    i didnt get any refund or product

    I have ordered 2 items and received only 1 item. I raised a complaint about it and received a mail saying that they have sent all items. Is this a type of fraud or employees mistakes.?
    My neighbour also faced the same issue and she did not get refund or item.

  1. I have ordered 4 palazzos. Instead of 4 i have received only one item. They billed for 3 items and delivered only one item in the packet.

    I ordered seven tshirts from ajio out of 7 i received only 5 items 2 products worth rs 1300 are missing..till now issue not resolved …ordered on april 16 received products on april 23…complained soon still not any update

  2. I ordered from ajio avassa blue floral kurta they delivered me marron 2 metter cloth wrong product without tag. Then I placed return request but at pickup they ask me about tag . When they not provided me tag then how where return tag. I call and many time but they don’t responding I am very disappointed please don’t purchase from ajio .

    I received incomplete product .only bottom wear had been delivered so I return the product in ajio app but they are not responding properly and not initiating the return

    I Ordered Avaasa kurti set from Ajio, in the app it was shown that it is a package of 1 kurti and 1 jacket but I only received the jacket not the kurti
