Compensation for the inconvenience and damages (if any)
Please treat this matter as urgent. If I do not receive a response or resolution within 7 working days,
I will be compelled to escalate this issue through the National Consumer Helpline and,
if needed, file a formal complaint with the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
