I ordered lenovo k8 plus phone from Flipkart online. company already mentioned it is a 4g volte phone but when receive it..i found its not a volte phone. so i call costomer executive and told them my problem but they told me”we can’t refund or replace other mobile in same price” and they told me to talk with enginer but he also told its a non volte phone. i bought in 9000rs. why Flipkart distracted to consumers. i want to buy good volte phone but Flipkart misguided me and loot my money. in this price i ll got a better volte phone. please help me sir. i want my money or volte phone in same price.
