Karbonn mobile service – Rs.12,000/-: Mr. Nagamallappa of Bangalore, Karnataka (nagamallappa[@]toyota-kirlsokar.co.in) had purchased Karbon Mobile S9. After 6 months, it was not switching on. The service center suggested battery problem but even after checking with another battery the problem was not resolved. The device was submitted to the service center but even after a month it was not returned. Mr. Nagamallappa posted his complaint with ICF on 21-11-2014 and finally got his device replaced.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket.
