Complaint regarding non-delivery by Maxbhi

I wish to lodge a formal complaint against Maxbhi.com for non-delivery of my order and denial of a refund despite repeated requests and communication.

Date of Order: October 2025
Delivery Location: Rudrapur, Uttarakhand
Even after several weeks, the shipment has not been delivered. I have repeatedly contacted Bluedart Courier offices in Haldwani and Rudrapur, but there has been no response.
Despite multiple complaints to Maxbhi.com support, I have been continuously told that “replacement or refund can be considered only after courier confirmation of loss or non-delivery.” However, the courier is unresponsive, and Maxbhi has not made any real effort to resolve the issue.
I have also been informed falsely that my address is incomplete, even though it is correct and verified. No attempt was made by the courier to contact me for delivery.
I have clearly requested a refund, but Maxbhi has neither refunded the amount to my bank account nor credited it to my Maxbhi eWallet. It has now been more than three weeks since the shipment went missing.
This delay and lack of resolution amount to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, causing me unnecessary harassment and loss of time.
PRAYER:I therefore request the India Consumer Forum to kindly take necessary action against Maxbhi.com and direct them to:
1)Issue a full refund immediately, including all applicable charges.
2)Take corrective action to prevent such issues with other customers.
3)Compensate me for the inconvenience caused due to their negligence.
