Complaint regarding non delivery of Flipkart order

I ordered a Product from Flipkart.com. And they also Shipped from ECOM EXPRESS but it is showing DELIVERED ON 28/10/ 2019.Whenver i didn’t get any Product Or Call From DELIVERY AGENT .My ECOM EXPRESS TRACKING ID.Please Solve this problem as soon as possible.Thanks

The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
