IFB Washing Machine – Rs.26,000/- : Mr. Rishab Jain of Noida, UP purchased a fully automatic machine IFB washing machine from Arvee Sales, Delhi in December 2016 (Invoice No.K3164). Following problems with the machine, he had called customer care and registered the complaint but there was no revert from customer care. However, the technician closed the complaint without attending. Mr. Jain posted his complaint with ICF on 23-07-2017 and the matter was taken up with the company. After follow-ups, the machine was replaced on 26-07-2017.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
