Undersigned had purchased clothes worth Rs 531.90 on the vendor’s website (https[:]//www.balltoy.shop/) and with payment made online itself. The details of the order booked were confirmed by email by the vendor. The store has failed to deliver the products as promised till date. Follow ups were made by undersigned to the registered email of vendor. However, no replies have been received till date. The party has not responded till date or the promised products shipped to undersigned.
