I tried ordering a phone from Snapmint with EMIs, paying a ?4,500 down payment — it got cancelled. I thought maybe it was some technical glitch, so I tried again. Guess what? Another ?4,500 gone for the second order — and that too got cancelled! Both times it showed “refund initiated” with UTR numbers, so I thought, fine, maybe it’ll take some time. But it’s been 7 damn days and I haven’t received a single penny back! This is outright ridiculous and feels like they’re just holding my money for no reason!
