I am having one 2-wheeler of OLA which stop suddenly and not in running state which is around few months old.
For same, I have complaint to company and vehicle is parked at their service center from last more than 40 days and still when I ask to provide me my repaired vehicle, they are saying they do not have part to replace and there is no deadline/exact time when it will come. Hence, facing issue from long and there is no proper commitment for fix.
I request them either refund my vehicle amount and compensation for inconvenience caused as still they are saying to wait till indefinite time.
I am sharing open ticket of same, I e. #09xxxxxx7.
Please help in providing resolution for same.
