Complaint regarding online shopping fraud

I saw the this link of Facebook on 11th February, 2020 and after clicking on this link, and going through the catalogue, I placed the order through Whatsapp, where it took me to a number, in which i sent details of the item I wanted to buy and shared my details and chose Cash on Delivery. Once we received the product today on 15th February, 2020, after making cash payment, and later on opened it, the product received is completely opposite and very bad quality. This is the link of the item, I chose to buy and I paid INR 1499 for the same. I’ve also mentioned num,ber below, throgh which I contacted the seller from the whatsapp link given on website.
Attached are the pictures of white lehanga, which was shown on their website and blue one, which they delivered, along with delivery details through which they sent.
