Complaint regarding order placed with snapmint

I have ordered product from Snapmint. i have not received order . In app they automatically updated product received also i have done down payment. i have reached to customer care thousand time no response from there side. I am getting message of pay you emi from snapmint. please look into this matter. I have done complaints in their aap also done email no response. I hope you will look into this matter and will solve this.
