Complaint regarding order placed with Snapmint

Ordered product and paid amount but product was not delivered. Value: 500

I had ordered a product worth Rs.500/- on snapmint on 29th aug 2025, and the product was not yet delivered but the tracking status showing that it was delivered . But no delivery person has contacted me and not handed over any product. Please consider my request and resolve.

Wrongful demand from Zoomcar – Rs.6,000/- : Mr. Avisek Chakraborty, Kolkata 700050, West Bengal availed car rental service from zoomcar in Bangalore on 16-12-2018.
