I have done payment to Excitel website which is using paytm payment gateway by transaction id of paytm 20180427017754394261. Payment deducted from my bank account. Rs.643.1 deducted. Paytm is telling that payment was successful. But this Excitel not refunding my money. I did them Payment on 27 april. I have done payment two times to them. First time it shown payment failed but second time shown successful. For both transaction payment deducted from bank.
