Wrongful ECS bounce charges by Capital First

ECS bounce charges. Value: 3000. I got 2 wheeler financed from Capital First, it was for 2 yrs. They never claimed ECS and I always made payment online and in the end they have charged me 700Rs extra. This is totally unacceptable, my loan account number is 5227396. I want compensation of atleast 2500 for harassing me every month for 2yrs.

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme.
