I wish to lodge a formal complaint against LG India for repeated service failure regarding my air conditioner.
Complaint was registered for gas leakage in my LG AC. This problem has now occurred for the third time in just a few months. Despite multiple service visits, the issue continues to recur and has not been resolved permanently.
The matter has been handled by the LG service branch contacts Mxxxxa Axxxxxl and Uxxxa, however the same issue of gas leakage keeps coming back. This highlights that the root cause of the defect has not been addressed.
Because of this, I have faced repeated inconvenience, financial loss, discomfort during summer months, and unnecessary follow ups with the service team. The repeated failure is unacceptable from a reputed brand like LG.
**Relief Sought:**
1. Immediate escalation to a senior LG technical team for permanent resolution of the AC gas leakage issue.
2. A written explanation on why the same issue has recurred three times within a short span.
3. Replacement of the defective unit OR extension of warranty to cover future risks.
4. Compensation for the repeated inconvenience and harassment caused.
I request urgent intervention from the Consumer Forum to direct LG India to resolve the matter at the earliest and safeguard consumer rights.
