Complaint regarding recharge on wrong vc no.

I made a recharge on a wrong vc no. Which id is 4xxxxxxxxx3 by mistake and my correct vc no. Is – 0xxxxxxxx1 and id is -3xxxxxxx8 registered on Ankit Srivastava and i had been trying to connect customer care service executive but every time she was saying that he transferring call to senior officer but no one was taking my call and i am very disappointed the service of D2H.
