Complaint regarding refund due from Lilpicks

Refund not made by Lilpicks despite multiple followups Value: 1672
I have placed an order on lilpicks.in on 25th July 2025 bearing order no: LPxxxxxx2 of amount 1672/-. Due to quality issues, I have returned that product on Aug1st 2025 & I got an email on Aug4th that refund will be processed but so far they haven’t initiated the refund despite of multiple followups.
