I would like to lodge a formal complaint against Club Exotica Vacation Company regarding their non-responsiveness and unprofessional conduct.
We purchased a membership worth ?45,000 from the company with the expectation of availing their holiday package services. However, after the payment, the company has completely stopped responding to our calls and messages.
The sales representative, Mr. Pxxxx Txxxxi, has not answered a single call for the past four days, despite repeated attempts from our end. There has been no response, no call back, and no assistance provided regarding the holiday package that we were promised at the time of purchase.
This behavior raises serious concerns about the company’s reliability and intent. We fear this may be fraudulent activity, and many other consumers could fall victim to the same.
I request you to kindly take strict action against the company and the concerned representative to prevent further fraud and ensure that we receive appropriate resolution for our case.
