Complaint regarding Snapmint Flipkart Gift Voucher Fraud

I have ordered Voucher from snapmint they put it on verification and then after few hours they sent me an email to claim my voucher and also update the emi details in the app but when i click on the claim voucher button it shows that it has sent the code to my email but no it doesn’t and i am waiting for my voucher.
