I am writing to register my strong dissatisfaction with the complete lack of action and accountability from your side regarding my complaint on a malfunctioning Voltas Beko 7 kg 5 Star Fully-Automatic Top-Loading Washing Machine (Model: WTL70, Monsoon Dry, Dark Grey, 2023 Model).
The machine, purchased on 6th September 2023 via Amazon (Sold by: Dawntech Electronics Pvt Ltd), is still under comprehensive warranty (3 years) and 10 years motor warranty, yet the dryer is malfunctioning. Post-wash, clothes are soaking wet, clearly indicating a fault in the drying cycle.
I raised the issue on your online portal. I sent follow-up emails. I made at least two phone calls to your customer care team. Each time, I was promised that a technician would call me before visiting. To date, no technician has contacted me, and the issue remains unaddressed. With this kind of delay, I’m not sure whether I should expect a technician this year or the next.
This is not the standard of customer service expected from a trusted brand like Voltas Beko, especially on a product under warranty. Kindly treat this complaint as urgent and final notice. I demand:
A technician visit scheduled within 48 hours, A full resolution of the dryer malfunction, or A replacement/refund under warranty if not resolved. Failing this, I will escalate the matter.
