I have booked my trip with www.visiit.com for the coorg trip from 22nd to 24th June 2017 and they cheated me and took excess amount of Rs 25700/- (actual amount was Rs 27000/- which later on they have given me discount of Rs1375/- as per the sales gimmicks and have shown less places as most of the places were in the same spot which they have mentioned separately, and out of which some of the places were closed due to renovation or due to conversion of fort to museum (which is actually not a place to visit) so to make the customer fool and feel them satisfied that they are providing so many places to visit.
First of all the first day of itenary driver was suppose to come at 6am he came 45 minutes late. Secondly the Visiit.com personnel were so mis-organised that they had given us wrong no.of the hotel where we supposed to stay (it was like the no. which they have provided was of some different hotel). Thirdly when we reached hotel, the personnel of visiit.com provided another no. which was ringing but nobody was picking the call and top of that there were no body in the reception to attained us (we waited for 10 mins in the reception). The behaviour of the driver was very bad during the last day of my itenary, he was driving very rashly on highway road and when we asked him to drive slowly, he lied that he is driving in 80 speed where we checked and he was driving in 100-120 speed and top of that he talk very rudely saying that you can complaint for me I least bother and top of that he put the music in high volume (it was like a night mare for us).
I would like you to take the action against those tour operator who are playing with their statements just to attract the customer once the customer is in their trapped they are making money. I would also like you to insist them to refund my excessive money which they have charged showing me so big itenary but the fact is that we have just visited limited places (they have mentioned Fort twice in 2 and 3 day of itenary which was totally fake as it was the same fort which is converted into museum and nothing to visit) and later on told me that only drop is there in the last day of itenary (which was totally wrong as per the itenary given to me).
As my experience was not good and I felt I was cheated by them and also want that the other customer should not get fooled by their sales gimmicks, so kindly take the necessary action against them.
