The order which was supposed to be delivered on 6th october 2025 didn’t came. A delivery agent called us on 6th october 2025 morning and asked to receive the order on ground floor which we refused. In my address its clearly written that my house is at 3rd floor. Then they insisted to cancel the order which is out of question as we have already PAID for it and we want that fridge. We have clearly mentioned in our address that our house is on 3rd floor
We spoke to your customer care and they promised that it will be delivered by 8th october 2025. On 8th october 2025 we kept on waiting for the whole day but the order didnt arrived. From then we are not getting any update from flipkart. Every time i enquire in their app or mail to them, they responde by saying that they will get back within 48 hours
Till date we havent received the order and today also (14th october 2025) a person from customer care called and said that their delivery partner will not deliver it to my doorstep. Please help. Our EMI will start soon but still we havent received the product. Purchased on 1st October 2025.
