MagicDecor not providing service after taking payment

Vendor not completing the work after receiving the full payment. Value: 19621
I raised an inquiry for  wallpaper including installation  on 26th Sep.  On 27th Sep after inspection made an advance payment of Rs.5000/- with assurance within 7-10 days installation will be done.  After several follow up the design was made & confirmed on 14th Oct and full payment was made. Since then I am chasing for installation but every time false promises.
I request you to kindly take strict action against MagicDecor and provide a full refund without deduction immediately so that these type of vendor should take a lesson.
