I had raised a ticket on 14-July-2025 for the product Imap Max 24 Pro(purchased on 16th October 2024). I was told on 6-August-2025 that issue of my product was fixed and it would be dispatched to me on 7-August-2025. I did not receive any update for the same. I requested Milagrow to replace the product with a better performing one so that we do not have to ship repeatedly from Bangalore to Delhi. I received a mail on 13th August as below: Dear Sir, The repaired product has been dispatched through DTDC. Please allow 4–5 working days for the shipment to be delivered. Best Regards, Service Centre Milagrow HumanTech When I checked in DTDC website it indicated “Pickup Rescheduled Thu, 14th Aug’25 @11:30 AM” Now,again the DTDC website indicates pickup scheduled to 18th August 2025. I have called the service number 15-20 times and each time some new person answers and says they will get back in 5 minutes but no one calls back and this has been repeating multiple times.
