Non delivery of car part by Akash Ganga from SDS online

I purchased car part of value 12,500 and paid 300 as postal charges, SDS online send the order through Akash Ganga Courier service on 04/05/2023, on tracking it is showing on 09/05/2023 it left Hyderabad to Kakinada but it haven’t arrived at Kakinada. There is noway to contact that Courier service as the number in their website http://www.akashganga.info/contact-us.html is not working and no other contact information of any branch is available on thier web site. I send my grievences to their web site but got no reply from them. Upon contacting SDS online they spoke to the agent of courier and sent me courier service of Hyderabad, but of no use as they are not answering the call on that number. So please intervene and address my issue
