Non delivery of Croma 32 Inches led TV by Snapmint

I bought Croma 32 Inches led TV on snapmint app on 4th October 2025. snapmint order id – 39xxxxx23 is this. Today is 19th October 2025. It has been 16 to 17 days today. snapmint delivery status is showing in-transit since 12 days snapmint process is not progressing from seller conformation since 12 days
Delivery tracking id is also not available. When I called snap minit and croma customer care, I did not get a satisfactory answer

    The same issue is happening with me as well. On 22nd October, I purchased the NoiseFit Halo 2 smartwatch for ?4,499 from the Noise website through Snapmint. My downpayment has already been deducted and my first EMI is scheduled for 3rd November, but I have not received any order ID from Noise. The order ID is only visible on Snapmint. When I contact Snapmint, they tell me to contact Noise because the purchase was made on the Noise website, and when I contact Noise, they tell me to speak to Snapmint. Neither side is providing a solution.
