Non delivery of the product from Amazon and no update

I have ordered a product online through Amazon shipped with Inland Speed Post. On 29th January item was received at Tinsukia TMO post office, after that there is no any update regarding the product. I lodged complaint through online portal also, still I am not getting any help. Complaint no. 20xxxxx05

Complaint regarding Vox heater brought through Ebay.in: NAINESH KAPADIA, Gangotri Soc, behind gandhi kutir, Gujarat (naineshkapadiaisavailable(at)gmail.com) purchased one Vox heater through Ebay.in. Upon receipt he found the appliance was of poor quality with broken parts inside. His complaints to Ebay went in vain and he posted his complaint with ICF on 26-01-2013. Refund from Paytm – Rs.1095/-: Mr. Paresh Shah of Vesu, Surat made a recharge from my mobile for payment of Dish TV of Rs 1095. The transaction failed but the amount was deducted from his credit card. Even after a month he did not get his money back.
