I had ordered medicines online from https[:]//zenerics.in/ on 25th Aug 2025. Usually they ship in 1-2 days, but since I did not receive any update from them, I sent emails asking for refund, made multiple calls and also wrote to their whatsapp. No one is answering the calls or responding to emails/whatsapp. Whatsapp has only AI responses which does not help.
So I have neither received my medicines or refund or any kind of response from them since almost 9 days.
Can you please let me know what can be done ?
