I am requesting a refund of ?500 for this wrongly settled bet, as per Parimatch’s own terms and conditions.
I placed a bet on the Parimatch platform on Rachin Ravindra to score 50+ runs in the Texas Super Kings vs Washington Freedom match during Major League Cricket 2025. The match was reduced to only 5 overs per side due to rain — which is only 25% of the total scheduled 20 overs.
As per Parimatch’s own rules published on their website:
> “If less than 80% of scheduled overs are played due to weather or other external factors, bets on player performance (like runs scored) must be voided unless already clearly determined.”
Despite this, Parimatch wrongly settled my bet as LOST, instead of VOIDING and refunding it.
I contacted customer support many times, but they refused to acknowledge the rule and gave irrelevant replies like “Rachin Ravindra scored only 10 and got out.”
This is a clear violation of their own terms and an unfair betting settlement.
