Payment Debited but Playbox OTT Service Not Activated

I subscribed to the South Max – 365 plan on Playbox OTT by paying ?999. The amount has already been debited from my credit card, and it is clearly visible in my credit card transaction summary.
However, Playbox OTT is claiming that the payment was not received, and they are not activating my subscription or providing OTT services. This is very disappointing and unacceptable.
I request the Playbox OTT team to verify the transaction, update the payment status, and activate my subscription immediately. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will be forced to escalate this matter to the concerned consumer forums and payment dispute channels.
