Poor customer support for damaged product from Myntra

I ordered a jumpsuit from Myntra on 12th July.

This was delivered on 15th July but with a damaged zip. I immediately asked for a exchange. And as per the email, sms and even app status it said it is shipped. And out for delivery by July 18th. However I dint get it till 20th July. When I reached the support they had no contact details of delivery agent and requested me to wait till 23rd. I still dint get it on 23rd. I reached out to Myntra on twitter and they said they would escalate the matter. I got a call stating due to an internal policy which cannot be disclosed neither will I get an exchange or a refund. No reason stated. No details shared.
