No delivery, no refund and false promises by JIO Mart

I have ordered on jio mart grocery and vegetable in their quick section usually delivery happen in 10 min to 30 min but from last 4 hrs no delivery and also to cancel the order option not available multiple times asked to deliver or to cancel and give me refund but nothing is happening only their BOT replying again and again called them no response.
