Regarding booking cancellation with Airbnb and refund due

I have not received the refund from the Airbnb and it’s been 7 months since when i made the payment.
The property i booked was not available and I got cancelled, but they took the booking amount without the Pty being available and not mentioning it their app and now they are not refunding and giving false receipts.

I have attached the payment receipt made by me towards the booking,also if you need i can give my bank statements from the date of booking to now.
