I ordered a pair of Mango pumps from Myntra which got delivered to me on 6th March, immediately after I opened it I raised a return on the same day since the product seem used and both the pair were damaged however instead of accepting they have rejected my request saying it was intact, how frustrating that could be? Considered they might need proof I added pictures of both the pumps which had tags intact however were damaged, and one of them is used and has not plastic. I have never ordered these same pair of pumps from Myntra neither one of them is used, how will I wear one pair of 3 inch heel go out of house, spoil it and come back in a few hours? Isn’t it obvious, now one can wear one pair of heel outside house? I clearly explained them verbally and with given proofs that I received wrong product but they like always they aren’t ready to take their own damaged product back. I really want help here!
