Regarding false commitments from digiway Net, Kanpur

I m using digiway net connection and facing false commitments from executives at the time of recharge such as bonus days , surplus speed etc etc but after recharge there is nothing like that.

I have not even received my bill of recharge . I m really fed up with the service and asked for refund of my recharge and security amount so I was told recharge amount will not be refunded at any cost and for security deposit i will have to mail to accounts section and wait for 2-3 months for the process.
Please help me for the same as my whole work is internet based.
