I was misled into purchasing a holiday membership from Eternal Trips Pvt. Ltd. on 21st July 2025 at a sales event held at Hotel Regenta, Bharuch, where I paid ?1,01,000 via credit card after receiving multiple verbal promises from their representatives:
Group bookings allowed
No-cost EMI support
Free local club benefits
AMC waiver without conditions
1.5-year cooling-off/refund period even after stay
Complimentary 2N/3D stay
Free taxi (fuel only to be paid)
All resort activities included
Transferable membership
Affiliation with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs
However, once payment was done:
They denied most verbal promises (e.g., group booking allowed for only 1 room). No EMI was processed by them – I had to do it myself, which increased the cost to ?1,24,500
I tried to contact them for clarification, but they started ignoring calls/messages. When I reached their toll-free number, they said they can’t help and redirected me back to the salesperson who again avoided me
I have all proof Payment slip , WhatsApp chat , emails, Call recording Their booklet, call logs. I now feel this is a well-planned mis-selling/fraud scheme
Their Facebook page was created on 11 July 2025, and I found similar patterns online matching other scam setups.Also their Branch manager Whatsapp account About Show Update on 11 july that means they just start on 11 july.
I am a salaried private employee with limited time and resources. This whole experience has caused me emotional and financial stress. I request you to help me get my full refund of ?1,01,000, and also take necessary action against the company for false representation and unfair trade practice.
