This is with reference to my order placed on Nov 3, 2021 on it’s online site. The product was partially delivered and the delivery person also mentioned this over call. I made online payment of INR 18,999 for the same. I have been following up with their customer care team and have written 10-12 mails and have submitted proof of the product multiple times. Initially they said they will deliver the missing product and whenever I call them they say the team is looking into this.
Delivery took 3-4 days but it’s been 1 month, issue is not resolved. Their customer care team is not aware of what the communication goes in email as the teams are different. Seriously !!
I have been ordering from Ikea since more than a year but never bought anything of high value.
The product is unpacked state and not been touched since then. Reason is the Uber company guy who had come for assembly confirmed me that one part is missing.
The product is lying in my house and is creating lot of inconvenience as I cannot buy new bed till this goes back.
I would have taken the missing item. Now since they have troubled me enough, I need complete refund and no longer want to buy Ikea product ever.
