I would like to complain against the Acevoyages international pvt ltd company because they collected around 118000 Rupees as membership amount.
Around 2 years back at Chamarajanagar Siddartha hotel they came & organized the event & selected us as lucky couple & approached us to take the membership for trip plan, we are also agreed & took the membership. Paid the 1.1L immediately via credit card.
As per planning we decided to trip plan, but they didn’t response properly. We are trying to contact them continuously but no response.
I have asked multiple times to cancel my membership & refund my amount, but they didn’t agree because they always saying can’t cancel my membership as per agreement & will be continuous to serve you but nowadays no response to any of my call /email.
Recently one of their employees said that the company is about to close & I saw the same in many reviews. Please note that I have not utilized any membership holidays.
Please anyone suggest me how to deal with them. I need my hard-earned money back
