Regarding non-delivery by Arihant Publications, Shipmozo

I am filing this complaint against Arihant Publications and their courier partner Shipmozo for the non-delivery of my prepaid order.
I had placed an online order for books from Arihant Publications. The order was shipped through Shipmozo courier. As per the tracking information, the package has been in transit since 14th June 2025, and the last status update shows it was at Ahmedabad_Bopal_D (Gujarat).
Despite multiple attempts to contact both Arihant and Shipmozo, I have not received any proper response or resolution. Shipmozo customer service refused to take a complaint from my side and insisted the seller should raise the issue. Arihant Books is also not responding to emails or calls.
This has caused me inconvenience and mental stress as I paid for the books in advance, and neither the delivery has been made nor is any party taking responsibility.
I request your support to:
Take strict action against both Arihant and Shipmozo for negligence.
Help in processing my refund or ensure immediate delivery of the parcel.

    Hi,
    I also ordered a Books from Arihant for my daughter on 28 Nov 2025 expected delivery on 1-4 Dec., 2025. But till today afternoon, the shipment tracking provided status shows “Pickup pending”. I sense something is not right. My daughter is eagerly waiting for the Books. Contacting Arihant People is not fruitful. If they are not sending the books, I have to buy again asap. What should I do…
